Think Twice

Salam to everyone.

Islam is a way of life and I believe both of them should be aware of it.

Lesson learnt:

1. Fikir sebelum buat tindakan.
( I know it is hard to think especially when you are in the middle of controlling your anger).

Lesson Learnt!

it is been a while ...and  I almost giving up writing or using this medium (blog) to share my opinions/ideas/ comments and etc with the viewers due to my tight schedule.

To tell you the truth ..I've gotten a job!! The job is different than my previous job where my job position is project coordinator to this consulting team. Our project is linked to government agency. It is a new experience for me but I've enjoyed working with all the team members. We still managed to generate 110% efforts and hard works towards this project. We've worked from morning until late evening in order to ensure every expectation is fulfilled. Despite of having tight schedule high pressure from work atmosphere, we did have good experience especially in building trust amongst ourselves. I do be thankful to The One for giving me this valuable experience. If in future, when I want to look back to recall all my memories and  I would be definitely will remember this phase of life.

There are a lot of lessons that I've learnt through this project.

1st lesson: don't underestimate young talents
the moment I stepped into the team ..I've started to realize that these young talents are very talented and resourceful. Besides, they are very cooperative with each other.  there is no word of 'I' but 'we'. We stand as one unit and I'm proud to be part of the team although the project is only a short term project.

2nd lesson : No Rasicm please!
since the team consists of Malay, Chinese and Indian coworkers. we are very careful not to raise any race sentiments in the group. I'm abit shocked  to see my Chinese and Indina co workers are very helpful and all of us are sincere to help other team members. In addition, we do enjoy other companies too.

3rd lesson: How knowledge is a powerful tool!!
I've learn the hard lesson. I thought by working more than 6 years has equipped me with good tools and preparations. Unfortunately, the answer is NO! I'm a bit ashamed to see these young talents have so much ideas/ information and the way they adapted the working pressures amazed me. I've observed them and finally concluded I'm lacked of something where I've found out it was KNOWLEDGE. Thus, I've enrolled myself to OUM to gain better exposures and knowledge.

4th lesson: Free lesson /lecture online is useful
My co worker has introduced me online lecture for FREE. In the online lecture, I'm learning a lot of information where I know I have to pay thousands of ringgit to get this kind of information ! I really owed him !

5th lesson: Be friendly to others would not harm you!
Pelik tak? But to tell you something...due to my friendliness has brought me to this company. Now .. I know how the network works!

6th lesson: I would remember this team !!
It is a painful fact that we would be separating due to work commitments. After this, we have to be in other  team and in fact some of us resigned ( better offer)..whatever is the reason I do hope that all  the team members would not be forgetting each other.

7th lesson: Whenever you want to do something ..always think the benefits that others would be getting from it.
I just realized that I've been self centered before this...I used to work in order to get high increment in my salary, better perks and others that benefited to me and my family. I've forgotten about the consequences of my works. Would it benefits to people who  reviewed and would be implementing my works( ideas/ information)?I should see a bigger picture and I did learn it in my latest project team.
